DELIVERY POLICY
Your order can be delivered to your home for a flat rate of 25$. We serve several municipalities in the Montérégie and boroughs of central Montreal, according to an established schedule. To know our delivery areas, and the established schedule.
Your order will be delivered by a representative of Domaine ValBrome on the next scheduled delivery day in your municipality, every two weeks. To reduce our consumption and by environmental awareness, we reuse our cardboard boxes to package certain orders.
In the event that the delivery initially planned is impossible, the Domaine ValBrome will inform the customer, and confirm the next delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to indicate the correct delivery address. In the event of an error, we will contact you. Upon delivery, the buyer or his representative may have to provide proof of his majority.
OUR REFUND POLICY
Domaine ValBrome cannot be held responsible for the storage conditions of the product once its delivery has been made and disclaims all responsibility for the integrity of the products after delivery.
Upon receipt, it is the client’s responsibility to immediately notify the ValBrome Domain by email of any anomaly (or defect), for an exchange. An open bottle showing no manufacturing defect cannot be exchanged. Domaine ValBrome will contact the customer and invite them to come directly to our boutique.
OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We consider all information about our customers and their orders to be confidential. We respect the right to privacy and for this, we will in no case communicate personal information to another organization. Domaine ValBrome only requires the following information:

- Billing and shipping address
- Email Address
- Cell number
- Credit card number (for orders only) *
- Credit card expiration date *
* We do not keep the credit card numbers of our customers in any case.
This information will only be used inside the company to prepare and inform our customers of the status of their order. To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices including the use of the security protocol to ensure that they are not lost, misappropriated, viewed, disclosed, modified or destroyed in any inappropriate way.
Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional standards generally accepted by the industry.
Once you leave the site of our boutique or are redirected to the website or the application of a third party, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or by the General Conditions of Sale and Use of our website.
