A 100% blend from our vineyard and our cider house! Our Spartan must fermented for some time on our Pinot Noir marc. It is a cider reminiscent of crunchy apple with notes of cranberry and red fruits, which will surprise you with a sustained finish with the taste of pinot noir. This sparkling cider resulting from a 2nd fermentation in the bottle and disgorged on the fly is distinguished by its red color, its mix of tannins and freshness. A glass of cider or a glass of wine? Our cider will enhance your charcuterie, tapas or couscous, as well as your hamburgers.
